We created GroupConscience because we saw too many trusted servants struggling to carry the group conscience — and too many fellows who felt left out.
We've been GSRs, Intergroup reps, secretaries, and chairs. We've served in big city groups, hybrid meetings, and rural districts. We've sat in business meetings where no one spoke up. We've also seen newer fellows want to help — but not know how.
This tool was born out of service. It's not a startup. It's not a business. It's a service project built to support AA's group conscience process, not to replace or modernize it.
Everyone deserves a chance to be heard — even if they can't make the meeting or don't want to speak up.
A clear process for decisions brings peace and trust to groups.
No names. No email. No outside influence. Ever.
This tool is dedicated to the sponsors, service mentors, and fellows who showed us how to serve with love — and to the Higher Power who expresses itself through our group conscience.
We hope GroupConscience helps more fellows carry the message — by carrying each other's voices.
